Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Coach Jack has completed his Uefa B soccer coaching license with the Football Association of Wales (FAW) - the same course as premiership managers Mikkel Arteta and Patrick Viera. Coach Jack also holds a level 1 coaching qualification in Rugby, Level 1 coaching in strength and conditioning and Cert III & IV in fitness.

Coach Jack started playing football for Cardiff City from the development age of U7 throughout the academy development up to U17's.

After a decade of high-level soccer coach, Jack finally got released from Cardiff City, switched codes, and turned his talents to rugby.
Coach Jack has represented multiple Schools and College teams, with a high work rate and commitment, and finally went on to represent the Cardiff Blues U18s and play in the Welsh Rugby Championship. 
 
Upon graduation, Coach Jack travelled to Australia, where he later represented East Brisbane Tigers in the Queensland Rugby Union league for two years. Another opportunity for Coach Jack to move aboard was Hong Kong, where he now represents Hong Kong Scottish Rugby Union and is now a part of the Hong Kong China men's rugby team.
